El próximo 20 de Abril comienza la edición número 20 del Udine Far East Film Festival, uno de los festivales dedicados al cine asiático más importantes del mundo realizados fuera de Asia. Durante los casi 10 días que dura este festival italiano podrá verse lo último del cine popular asiático, novedades y clásicos recuperados que suman más de 80 películas entre todas sus secciones. El thriller de espías coreano Steel Rain y el noir malayo Crossroads: One Two Jaga serán los encargados de inaugurar el festival, mientras que lo cerrará otras dos cintas, la indonesia Night Bus y la copia restaurada de la película de Johnnie To Throw Down. Además de la sección oficial a competición hay que añadir una interesante sección no competitiva, con una retrospectiva dedicada a la obra del coreano Ryoo Seung-wan y otra a la de la hongkonesa Brigitte Lin. Por si esto fuera poco podremos encontrar la sección de documentales, cortometrajes y la ya mítica Clásicos Recuperados.
