2009 Y KORE-EDA VOLVIÓ Y VOLVIÓ…
Cuatro años después de barrer en los Premios Allzine con su Nobody knows, Hirozaku Kore-Eda regresó con su Still walking y, de nuevo, se hizo con el Maki de Oro y la mejor dirección, además de mejor película japonesa, obviamente, siendo el primer director en repetir el máximo premio. No lo tenía fácil, al menos sobre el papel, porque el 2009 ha sido después de todo un año magnífico para el cine asiático, en el que quizás no hayamos visto obras maestras deslumbrantes, pero si un buen montón de buenas, de magníficas películas, de todos los rincones del continente, hasta el punto de poder afirmar que fueron tantas y tan buenas las que se quedaron fuera como las que se quedaron dentro.
El futuro no puede dejar de ser prometedor. A la inspiración de los grandes se une el regreso de algunos desaparecidos, como Tran Anh Hung, y el resurgir de otras cinematografías, como la filipina (el premio a la mejor película del sudeste asiático para Serbis es emblemático). El cine comercial cada vez pega más y más fuerte y el cine de autor está alcanzando la madurez de sus mejores exponentes. ¿Qué nos traerá el 2010? A descubrir.
